Senior Interactive Project Manager
Factory Design Labs is a highly creative advertising agency that boasts a client list most shops only dream of: Audi, The North Face, Oakley , Killington Ski Resort and Aspen Ski Company, to name a few.

We have an opening for a Senior Interactive Project Manager… to join our growing Account Services Team.
Position Summary
The Senior Interactive Project Manager guides web development projects to successful completion. This candidate will work on multiple projects in a fast paced advertising agency environment and deliver them all on time, budget and quality. The ability to work on a variety of projects from consumer sites with content management systems to complex social networking sites and applications is critical to the success of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Guide interactive projects through the agency.
• Influence teams members in a matrix environment.
• Maintain overall production schedule.
• Manage production meetings with account staff.
• Mentor account and production staff.
• Build and manage project labor project plans.
• Balance agency wide resource pools.
• Create and maintain project milestone schedules.
• Identify project risks/issues and elevate to project team and management.
• Create use cases and translate these into functional requirements.
• Maintain use case and requirements documentation through project completion.
• Identify change orders and escalate to account and management team.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and quality.
• QA web site and software releases.
Qualifications:
• 5 years managing complex web site projects.
• 3 years past web development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a fast paced agency technical and creative environment.
• Understanding of business strategy related to web site projects.
• Working with a marketing department in a technical role.
• PMI certification is a plus, but not required.
• Past experience developing information architecture documents.
• Mentoring and or managing subordinate staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning software.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes.
• Overall interactive knowledge of application and interface development.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and practices.
• Managing both creative and technical teams.
• Experience deploying CMS and social networks.
• Exposure to projects with integration into enterprise level IT systems.
• Experience in business development process of a website proposal.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communications.
• Understanding of web metrics.
